Chcocolate Bean Cake

I had been hoping for a while to find a healthy recipe that satisfies my recent insane sweet tooth, the kind of sweet tooth where I ate half a dozen cookies as an afternoon snack. The amount of sugar I was eating was starting to scare me. I had also been looking into Clean Eating and wanted to see if we should make some changes to the way we eat. Basically we do "eat clean" because I make our meals from scratch and use whole grains but we also eat lots of homemade cookies, brownies, pudding, etc...
I don't plan on cutting all of those treats out but I would like to swap some with healthier alternatives. This cake is perfect. It is made with beans, making it a great choice for people who have gluten problem or anyone cutting out grains from their diets. It also uses honey instead of regular sugar, and yogurt to replace some of the butter you would find in a regular cake. Best of all is that it tastes delicious and you wont feel like you are missing out.

1x 19 oz can black beans or chickpeas
5 large eggs (at room temperature)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup plain yogurt (any % will work)
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325f.
Grease the sides of a 9" cake tin or springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a food processor, blend the beans with 2 of the eggs until smooth and no lumps remain.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the processor and blend for 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides and bottom with a spatula then blend again for 20 seconds.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Cool completely before eating.
If you want to drizzle your slice with a healthy chocolate sauce like the picture, just stir together 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp milk, and half a Tbsp of cocoa powder then drizzle on top.
